SupraCV is an independently operated software-as-a-service application based in Italy. The SupraCV marketing website is available at supracv.com and the SupraCV application is available at app.supracv.com.

SupraCV allows users to create professional online profiles using customizable templates. Depending on the features available to your account, SupraCV may allow you to create a professional profile, enter CV or resume information, upload documents, automatically extract or populate information from documents, choose a profile template, customize your profile, publish your profile through a public URL, view profile visit statistics, purchase individual premium templates, and subscribe to a monthly plan providing access to premium templates.

SupraCV may add, modify, or improve features over time. By creating an account, purchasing a template, starting a subscription, or otherwise using SupraCV, you agree to these Terms.

Some SupraCV features require you to create an account. Account authentication and session management are provided through Clerk.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your authentication methods and devices secure. You may not:

• impersonate another person;
• create accounts using false information for fraudulent purposes;
• gain unauthorized access to another account;
• use multiple accounts to intentionally bypass usage limits;
• circumvent security or payment restrictions.

SupraCV allows you to create a professional profile. You decide what information to add to your profile. Your profile may contain information such as your name, professional title, biography, work experience, education, skills, contact details, social media links, portfolio links, and other professional information. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide.

SupraCV allows you to publish your profile through a public URL. Once published, your profile may be viewed by anyone who has access to that URL. Public profile information may also be shared by third parties, copied, saved, screenshotted, and potentially indexed by search engines.

You are responsible for choosing which information you make public. Do not publish confidential, unlawful, misleading, or third-party information unless you have the right to do so.

You retain ownership of information and materials that you upload, enter, or publish through SupraCV ("User Content"). This includes your profile information, CV information, documents, text, links, images (where supported), and other materials provided by you.

You grant SupraCV a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your User Content only as necessary to operate and provide the Service. This includes the technical ability to store your content, process it, display it, format it, extract information from it, generate your profile, publish your profile when requested, and create temporary backups. SupraCV does not obtain ownership of your User Content.

SupraCV may allow you to upload CVs, resumes, and other documents. You must have the right to upload and process any document you provide.

You may not upload:

• malware or malicious software;
• illegal content or stolen information;
• content that infringes intellectual property rights;
• content intended to damage or compromise SupraCV;
• personal information belonging to another person where you have no right to process it.

SupraCV may impose reasonable file size, storage, format, and usage limits.

SupraCV may provide tools that automatically extract, generate, rewrite, organize, or autofill information based on documents or information supplied by you. These features are intended to help you create your CV or profile more efficiently. Resume Auto-Fill runs only when you explicitly request it; to provide it, the text of the selected document is processed by a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini), as described in our Privacy Policy.

Resume Auto-Fill is subject to usage quotas that depend on your plan: Free accounts receive 2 uses in total; Starter accounts 4 uses in total; Pro accounts 4 uses per calendar month; Lifetime accounts 10 uses per calendar month. Monthly quotas reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) and unused uses do not roll over. We may adjust quotas for future purchases with reasonable notice; quotas already granted to your account are not retroactively reduced.

Automatically processed or generated information may contain mistakes, omissions, or inaccurate wording. You are responsible for reviewing the result before publishing, downloading, sharing, or relying on it. SupraCV does not guarantee that generated or processed content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular job application.

SupraCV provides different visual templates that can be used for public profiles. Some templates may be available for free. Other templates may require an individual one-time purchase or an active SupraCV subscription. The availability, appearance, and features of individual templates may change over time where reasonably necessary for technical, compatibility, security, or product reasons.

A premium template may be purchased individually. An individual template purchase grants your SupraCV account ongoing access to that template without requiring an active monthly subscription. The purchase is associated with the SupraCV account used to complete the transaction.

A first individual template purchase also upgrades your account from the Free plan to the Starter plan: a paid account status that keeps your purchased templates available, removes the Supra CV badge, unlocks a custom profile URL, and raises your Resume Auto-Fill quota, as described on the Pricing page. Starter has no recurring fees and does not expire.

An individual purchase does not transfer ownership of the template, source code, design, or intellectual property to you. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the template within SupraCV. You may not resell the template, redistribute it, copy it for use as a standalone product, extract its source code or assets, sublicense it, or make it available to other users outside the functionality provided by SupraCV.

Access to an individually purchased template remains associated with your SupraCV account while the account exists and while SupraCV continues to support that template and operate the relevant Service. Deleting your SupraCV account permanently removes the purchase entitlement associated with that account.

SupraCV may offer a paid monthly subscription. While your subscription is active, you receive access to the premium templates made available to subscribers by SupraCV. This includes premium templates already available when you subscribe and, unless otherwise stated, additional premium templates made available to subscribers while your subscription remains active.

The subscription does not transfer ownership of any template to you. Your access to subscription-only templates continues only while your paid subscription remains active.

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the billing or account management functionality provided by SupraCV. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, your paid access continues until the end of the billing period that you have already paid for.

After the subscription ends, you lose access to templates that were available only through the subscription. Templates you purchased individually remain available to your account. Free templates remain available. SupraCV may require you to select an available free or individually purchased template for a profile that was using a subscription-only template.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your SupraCV account or profile.

SupraCV subscriptions are billed monthly. Unless cancelled before the next billing date, your subscription automatically renews for another monthly billing period. The applicable subscription price is shown before you subscribe. By starting a recurring subscription, you authorize Stripe to process recurring payments according to the subscription terms shown at checkout. You can stop future renewal by cancelling your subscription before the next billing date.

All payments are processed through Stripe. SupraCV does not directly process or store complete payment card details. By purchasing a template or subscription, you authorize Stripe and the relevant payment providers to process the payment. You are responsible for providing a valid and authorized payment method. If a recurring payment fails, access to paid subscription features may be suspended or terminated until payment is successfully completed.

Prices for subscriptions and individual templates are displayed before purchase. The price shown during checkout is the price applicable to that transaction, subject to any applicable taxes or charges displayed before payment. SupraCV may change prices in the future. A change to the price of an existing recurring subscription will not be applied contrary to applicable law and any notice required by law will be provided where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Italian or European Union law. Where you have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase, that right will apply according to applicable law.

Certain digital content or digital services may be supplied immediately after purchase. Where applicable law allows a statutory withdrawal right to be lost or affected after immediate performance begins, SupraCV will rely on that rule only where the legally required conditions, consents, and acknowledgements have been satisfied.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or wish to exercise a consumer right, contact info@supracv.com.

When you cancel a subscription or delete your account, SupraCV may ask you to select a reason. Feedback is stored anonymously without your user identifier, email address, or free-text comments. It may be used to improve SupraCV, identify missing features or technical problems, understand user needs, and improve templates and pricing, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may delete your SupraCV account through the account deletion functionality available within the Service. You may also contact info@supracv.com for assistance.

Deleting your account permanently deletes your profile, draft and published information, uploaded documents, profile settings, template purchase entitlements, subscription-related access, and other information directly associated with the account. Any active SupraCV subscription is cancelled immediately.

You should save any information you wish to keep before deleting your account. Anonymous feedback reasons may remain. Certain other limited records or temporary backups may remain where required for legal, payment, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or backup-recovery purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may not use SupraCV to:

• break applicable laws or commit fraud;
• impersonate another person or create intentionally deceptive professional identities;
• infringe intellectual property rights or violate another person's privacy;
• distribute malware or malicious code;
• attack or interfere with SupraCV infrastructure;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• bypass subscriptions or payment mechanisms;
• bypass usage limits or exploit security vulnerabilities;
• excessively scrape or automate access in a way that harms the Service;
• use SupraCV to send spam or conduct phishing;
• resell SupraCV without authorization.

We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in prohibited activity.

Except for User Content, SupraCV and the materials that make up the Service are protected by intellectual property rights. This includes, where applicable, the SupraCV name and branding, application design, source code, software, user interface, profile templates, layouts, graphics, website content, and functionality.

Using SupraCV does not transfer ownership of any of these materials to you. You receive only the limited right to use the Service according to these Terms.

Templates provided through SupraCV are part of the SupraCV Service. Purchasing a template or obtaining access through a subscription gives you the right to use that template to create and display your SupraCV profile. It does not give you ownership of the template itself. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit a SupraCV template outside the Service without permission.

SupraCV relies on third-party technology providers. In particular, Clerk is used for authentication and account session management, and Stripe is used for payments and subscription billing. SupraCV may also rely on third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, storage, email delivery, monitoring, and security.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. SupraCV is not responsible for outages or failures caused exclusively by third-party providers where those events are outside our reasonable control.

We aim to keep SupraCV available and functioning reliably. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times. The Service may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, network problems, security incidents, third-party provider outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may modify the Service where reasonably necessary to maintain its security, reliability, compatibility, or functionality.

SupraCV is an evolving software product. We may introduce, change, redesign, or discontinue features or templates. We will not intentionally remove paid functionality merely to avoid providing something you purchased. However, a template or feature may need to be modified or discontinued for legitimate reasons such as technical incompatibility, security concerns, legal requirements, third-party dependencies, or major changes to the Service. Where applicable, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment abuse, security risks, unauthorized access, illegal activity, serious or repeated violations of these Terms, or attempts to compromise SupraCV.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. We may immediately suspend access where necessary to protect users, SupraCV, or third parties.

SupraCV helps users create and present professional information. SupraCV does not guarantee employment, job interviews, job offers, recruiter responses, profile views, professional opportunities, career success, or any particular result from using a SupraCV profile or template. Employers, recruiters, clients, and other third parties make their own independent decisions.

You are responsible for ensuring that information in your CV or profile is accurate. SupraCV is not responsible for inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or incomplete information provided by you. Where automatic features help generate, extract, or rewrite content, you remain responsible for reviewing the final result.

SupraCV is provided as a software tool for creating and publishing professional profiles. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that SupraCV will always be uninterrupted, every feature will always be available, automated results will always be accurate, every document will be processed correctly, or the Service will meet every individual user's requirements. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SupraCV will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the Service. SupraCV is not responsible for hiring, recruitment, employment, commercial, or other decisions made by third parties after viewing a user's profile. SupraCV is not responsible for User Content supplied by users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Personal information is processed in accordance with the SupraCV Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, how long it may be retained, and what rights may be available to users.

We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary because of changes to SupraCV, new features, changes to subscriptions or purchases, security requirements, or legal or regulatory changes. The latest version will be published through SupraCV with an updated revision date. Where required by applicable law, users will receive appropriate notice of material changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without removing any mandatory rights that consumers may have under the laws applicable to them. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain any mandatory protections provided by applicable consumer law. Any dispute will be handled by the court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
